PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT (CPC) — version CPC-1.1 (2026-06)

1. PARTIES. This agreement is concluded between the operator of the "Konfiguratorius" platform (the Platform) and the merchant submitting the application (the Partner).

2. SERVICE. The Platform displays the Partner's product offers (name, price, stock state) and refers visitors directly to the Partner's e-shop. Offers are refreshed from the XML feed supplied by the Partner.

3. PRICING. The Partner pays per billable click (CPC). A click is billable when unique: repeat clicks by the same visitor on the same product within 24 hours are free; bot and monitoring traffic is free; anti-abuse protections apply. The current CPC rate is €0.07 (seven euro cents) per billable click; it is also stated in the activation email and in the Partner console.

4. SETTLEMENT. After each calendar month the Platform issues an invoice for the billable clicks accumulated that month, sent to the Partner's designated invoicing email. Payment term: 14 calendar days.

5. DATA. The Partner grants the Platform the right to use the submitted feed data (products, prices, stock) for displaying offers. Feed data is not passed to third parties beyond public display on the site.

6. QUALITY. The Partner ensures the feed refreshes at least daily and prices match the e-shop. The Platform may temporarily pause offers if the feed becomes unreachable or incorrect.

7. TERMINATION. Either party may terminate with 30 days' notice. Accrued amounts remain payable.

8. ACCEPTANCE. By submitting the application and ticking the consent box, the Partner's representative confirms authority to conclude this agreement on the Partner's behalf.
